How do you manage your sims' outfits?

I tend to fill up every outfit slot, and then use athletic to get even more slots (since my sims tend to just stay skinny, there is no need for exercise). I usually make a few outfits to match different weather types, like longer sleeves for autumn and winter and stuff like that.
I also tend to change these up often so their look doesn't get too stale.
