How do you manage your sims' outfits?

I don't enjoy styling my sims very much, so I try to do it as little as possible. My games tend to roll clothing (and hair) I don't like for my sims on their birthdays, which of course I fix, but after that I can't be bothered. So that would be one new outfit at teen and another at YA. I don't even change outfits for toddlers and children, since in a normal lifespan they're not going to be wearing the same clothes for very long. Elders usually stay in whatever the game rolls, unless it's that unbearable pair of overalls. And I only adjust things for teen boys if I really don't like what I see. Teen girls, on the other hand, will almost always get something new so they don't look like they were forced to select their wardrobes from grandma's closet.
