How do you manage your sims' outfits?

I love putting together outfits so even the toddlers and children have 3. As a sim ages up I spend a few minutes sorting out their hair and wardrobe. Particularly important events like graduation, proms and weddings get special attention. What I am not likely to change is the decor and landscaping of the houses I build for them but that's something for another poll :)
