How do you satisfy the "Drink A Sim's Plasma" want?

Thank you for a response. I had him try with his soon to be sister-in-law (the female sim marrying his fiance's sister) thinking it might be a family thing, but didn't work either.

This game is fairly old (65+ weeks) and I have a number of "glitches" and an increasing problem of error code 12's when I save. I'm going to move them to a new neighborhood and perhaps that will fix the issue.
