To be honest I don't understand why your buying an APU if your not going to use it. On the flip side I would recommend getting a used Ryzen 7 2700 or get new one like Ryzen 5 3600 that is on sale. I would highly recommend getting used 1070 or 1060 6 Gb graphic card. But if you can't afford that I would recommend AMD Rx 570 or 580.
