I had to disable the moon cycle and my seasons are 15 days each.I set pregnancies for 30 days and babies get 60 days while toddlers have 120 days as toddlers.I give children 360 days though I have to fudge on their aging to make it work and kids get 180 days before aging up.The next stage gets at least 360 days and the adult stage gets at least twice that and the elder stage gets 360 days or more.
I might try turning the moon cycles on once I get the no zombies Mod in and see if it really removes them because I don't want that showing up in every game.
