- stilettoblack11 years agoSeasoned Veteran:oops: None. I'd like to start getting it when the game ends. I'm not pc savy and I have no idea how to download cc. The whole patch not working with mods scares me.
- I have a lot of hair files, a few make-up files (like 4 lipsticks), one set of mascara, and three eyeshadows, my Default Replacement skin and eyes, plus one set of contacts that I use. That's good enough for me.
I used to have a lot of Custom Clothing and Custom Shoes, but it was causing my game to lag like crazy. So now I have only EA and Store clothing and shoes, which suits me just fine. It's just the hair and the pretty skins and eyes that I can't live without. - stilettoblack11 years agoSeasoned VeteranThe store makes a lot of money from me since I don't use CC.
- I think I have a few gigs worth in packages alone (not sure exact size anymore), most of which is probably the fact that I have nearly everything off Luna's site. Maybe its smaller now after I merged the files, I dunno. Dont even want to think about downloads. Usually before I start up my game I glance at mysims3blog for anything new that catches my eye, but that quick glance often ends up me browsing various sites and blogs for a while until I realise I just spent 1-2 hours looking at CC
In other words, how much CC? Lots and lots and lots... - I have some CC and have been adding more like some planters from TSR and a few other things from there, but I mostly use a very heavy load of NRaas Mods and I can't even play without those though I could play without the CC if I want a harder game.I am a lot more careful with the Exchange now and will test download in a test Sims 3 game folder instead of using my regular one to make sure there's no bad CC.

I thought I had a lot more o_O - bshag4lv11 years agoSeasoned AceLike ceejay, I'm like a kid in a candy store...furniture from SimsCredible, hair from everywhere, and my favorite place ever, MTS.
I've been adding mods to my game at an alarming rate, but all mods have to do something important. Last mods added gave my vampires real scary powers, vampire charms and attacks, and yes they are deadly. The last one was where zombies stay zombies and can eat sims, not just bite them.
No more Mr. nice guy.
Edit to say, lol @ wibs. - Mods Folder: 7.20GB
Downloads: 2.03GB
My mods folder contains no custom content furniture, so all of that 7GB is custom content for my sims. I think I have a problem. ._. - 18 gigabytes in Downloads
8 gigabytes in Mods/Packages
...and yes, my game runs just fine. Haha :) - GothicDarkling11 years agoRising Hotshot*opens door and sits next to Wibs and ceejay*
So this is where the CC Addicts are meeting?
"Hi, I'm Darkling and I'm a CC Addict." :XD:
I have almost 3GB of package files and nearly 6GB of simpacks--a majority of that is Store stuff, though.
I was supposed to put a cap on downloading CC but, yeah, that didn't work out so well. My game loads in about 5-7 minutes which isn't too bad considering that I haven't merged any of my package files. I switch things in and out too often to be bothered merging files right now. Also, zero lag while playing!
Anyone else with some deep, dark CC secrets to share?
