Hello. I need help. I don't know like anything about computers. I have an HP laptop with windows 8. I have 4 gigs of ram, and 250 gigs of memory on my hard drive. I had to uninstall some of my expansion packs due to constant lag, and game freezing. I currently have World Adventures, Generations, Island Paradise, Seasons, and Pets. I'm currently thinking to double my ram but, is it something else? Also, how do i easily find info on my graphics card and processor? Thanks for your help! (I'm only 12) :)
