@iEllaLouise Heat can do permanent damage to any computer. I suggest investing in a laptop cooler. I don't know how far you can push TS4. Your laptop is below recommended requirements. You would have to find someone in the ts4 section who has similar computer specs. to tell you how it will run. You can get a refund within 24 hours for the base game but EA does not offer refunds on EPs if you can't run them.
