How to lower fps?

This, I am afraid, is just not correct. We have had players come to us with slower/weaker i5s (or less) and Nvidia GT 710 cards, about the weakest one can get in these series (note the middle digit again) without not having a dedicated graphics card at all, and insist that they should be able to run TS3 and/or TS4 in the way that they want with all or most EPs. That's more of an extreme misunderstanding but, for the most part, they cannot.
Would it be within your means to sell or "trade-in" this laptop, it's I am sure not useless for other purposes, and buy a new one that is more suitable?
