How to lower fps?
Hopefully someone can help me? I desperately NEED to lower the fps when I play sims 3. It hits about 170fps max. and maybe 60 fps min. I have tried pretty much everything. My laptop has a NVIDIA G...

Price isn't everything as my colleagues above have stated very well. But in the US, I would expect laptops in the range required to start at around $900 or slightly less if good sales are found. Desktops of sufficient strength will less expensive.
You are in the UK? Prices will be higher, but I defer to those with the savvy shopping trait to find actual expected price ranges.
