How to lower fps?
Hopefully someone can help me? I desperately NEED to lower the fps when I play sims 3. It hits about 170fps max. and maybe 60 fps min. I have tried pretty much everything. My laptop has a NVIDIA G...

@phoebebebe13 - Yes, thanks. My comment above was strictly about U and Y machines. The actual machines that are offered and which are attracting many buyers will be U and Y machines and they are underpowered to the extent that they never are coupled with a good GPU. They seem to have delicious extras but they are created to function with low power.
So these folks bring home new laptops with slim powerbricks no bigger than a hot dog, which are dual function laptops, have touchscreen and super thin form factor (that will rapidly overheat). It's what several of my acquaintances purchased, even though they had the list of minimum requirements sometimes.
