Okay. I have a huge family tree and I absolutely need to stop this incest! My sims fathers son son is in a relationship with my sims son daughter!! >:( I really need help because this is annoying me!

First cousins can marry with no issue. They are genetically far apart, from a biological standpoint, not to have any more risks of genetic problems than two strangers.
