I have tons of CC hair and the moment I saw the pic I just thought Newsea for some reason but had no way to back it up but I found the following link and thought it looked very similar which is newsea lilio male+female hairstyle which is the closest I can find looking at your own pic you posted however many CC creators as you know will all have their own versions of the same hair but at least if you can find the name of the original creator and can identify the style you can at least search various CC creators. I might be wrong and if I am hopefully another player may look at the pic and know exactly where the hair is from so fingers crossed for you :) here is the link:

It is from Newsea but you have to pay for it. Looks suspicious so going to avoid it. The comments state that people have paid and still cannot download it. I downloaded it for free like any other hairstyle at the start of last year
