I have 18 packs- only 13 of them are listed in the installer

As the title says. I have every EP and a few SPs but only 13 of them(base and add-ons) show up when installing packs. Why is that?
ETA: I searched through my Origin store and they're listed as part of my downloads through that. How weird?
