I have strays (horses) in the future

Its been awhile since I played into the future expansion but I thought there was no strays? I also have birds showing up in the wastelands? Anyone else notice this?

You know, I never even thought about it!

But NRaas Traveler allows animals in Oasis Landing; maybe you have that mod.
