How about an island where it´s still the beginning of the 20th century? All of the citizens don´t know anything about life outwards their island.
Or what about an Asian style island? There aren´t any good ones out there!
And if you consider a bigger map: a new cosmopolitan city, like Bridgeport, would be nice!
