Now I can not download and install most all my worlds I paid for and not going to pay again why and where is my worlds to download most cant redownloadhttps://mypage.thesims3.com/mypage/EndlessSims3

Did you try looking in your Purchase History for them?  I had a problem where worlds I didn't purchase through the Store would not be available for download through the Store, but they are in my Purchase History and I can download them directly from there.
