I was trying to help someone in EA answers HQ, and I can't figure it out

Are my settings wrong? They are set at default. I tried to reply (I was lurking) and I had to sign in, but couldn't figure out how to reply, it just brought up a bunch of paperclips? I ended up "messa...

Oh, there is a tracker symbol that came with the last (maybe the update before the last one) update to catalina. That could be the reason, although I had the issue prior to this when I posted something a while back (before 64 bit metal). I couldn't reply then either.

It's ok though. I can read the threads anyway if I have issues :D

Thank you @igazor for your help. If everyone else can see it when signed on, I am sure the issue is on my end.
