I was trying to help someone in EA answers HQ, and I can't figure it out

Are my settings wrong? They are set at default. I tried to reply (I was lurking) and I had to sign in, but couldn't figure out how to reply, it just brought up a bunch of paperclips? I ended up "messa...

Oh @igazor I was wondering if I should checkmark for Origin and EAServer (in system preferences) to allow them access all the time? I did check those two when before I chatted and was able to get the 64 bit metal release, then I unchecked them when my game worked. Soooo, do you think it is safe to keep them checked?
