IDK what happened

Playing the sims 3 and my sims family is crazy big but lots of old sims have passed on to the other side. And just recently a sim passed away and the grim reaper is no longer in its original form anymore. he looks like a normal sim but with his scythe and still reaping sims. I do have Nraas mods, master controller and all the basic ones that i can't remember off the top of my head. if anyone knows how to fix this please let me know. This happened to my other save before and not too long after my save game disappears.
