I'm at my wit's end
I've been trying more or less constantly over the past week or two to get this game to a playable point. There is no reason I shouldn't be able to run a game that came out in 2009 at all max settings....

You can see what memory your game is using by launching Task Manager. You can get more info if you go to Task Manager performance page and click the Resource Monitor button. My game is using 4 GB and I've never changed anything to make it use more memory.
