Ive noticed Sims 3 packs are being taken off, even origin. Not sure other county's for download. Can someone conform this??

Could you try clicking on a pack as if you are buying it or gifting it to another player to see what messages you are getting please..I cannot find a way to purchase or gift anything?
I have noticed the games coming up in play and play pro which i believe is the monthly fee access?
