Is all expansion +stuff packs and minimal amount of cc pushing it a bit too far for my laptop?

1 - I'll have to leave that for now as that's not the way I ever advise players to get their cards formally recognized. It works if you can get the placement of the codes right, but it's not the simplest way.

2 - NRaas StoryProgression is the one that can be leveraged to arrange for Rotational Play, that is, protection against various forms of progression for the sim households you specify.
