Is my sim having a glitch?

Hi! Thanks for reading. I'm having an problem that I've never seen before.
I clicked on a mirror and selected change appearance to change my sims hairstyle. But instead of going to the mirror and opening the CAS, my sim walked out to the road and started having a routing error. There's nothing that's blocking the mirror that I can see. I tried several times but the same thing keeps happening. It's in Monte Vista if that means anything. I know that I can use a cheat to open the CAS, but I'm still wondering what's going on. Any thoughts?
Thanks!
  • I've seen this before and it's always exclusively the mirrors on a particular floor (e.g., ground floor) if the dwelling has upper floors. And it's always an EA-built lot when it happens. There's something twisted around with CFE or some other lot building trick that is usually the cause, even if the lot looks perfectly ordinary -- MV may be more prone to these though because the terrain is not exactly flat on most of the map.

It might be best to move out, although in real life that would be a pretty extreme reaction to not being able to use mirrors. If that idea doesn't seem appealing, perhaps remove the mirrors on the floor that seems to be causing the problem?

I really don't think this is anything that sim damage or corruption can cause.
