Is that normal to have a few lag in build/buy mod with Geforece GTX 1080 Ti?

Is your game installed in a SSD or HDD? With 2GB of store items I would expect build/buy mode to take a long time to load stuff in a HDD.

Maybe your old computer had a SSD, so it loaded faster the stuff in build/buy mode.

I don’t think the Video Card has anything to do with this.
