Is there a cheat that takes away funds from a household?

Off the top of my head, I would just use the family funds cheat. Type “testingcheatsenabled true”, press Enter, then type “familyfunds ” (without the quotation marks). Entering “familyfunds Miller 1000” will set the Miller family’s household funds to $1000. Hope this helps! :)
