Is there a drawback to switching active households frequently?

I have always played The Sims 3 as if it was The Sims 2, switching active households constantly, like maybe 8-9 times on each playthrough. Guess it's called rotational play here? I have never used sto...

I never thought of that what a good idea maybe a little time consuming but still easy to understand :) I always disable memories and things like that as well but looking at those stats on the travelling I may stop doing that for a while to see if it makes any difference :)

also wondering if one of those mod storage boxes would help by moving everything into one of those getting things out of sims inventories?

I use the storage boxes. Mostly the three chests from World Adventures. They do help.
