Is there a mod for slower need decay?

i like the idea of relativity but i cant get it right, I took it out, while i still have people left in town lol. i got people peeing themselves and starving to death. i even pushed up the motive decay all the way up to 10 for bladder and hunger, maxed all my sims motives and then went to another lot and shes already about to pee herself and close to the red on hunger. this stuffs way over my head lol
