Is there a Sims 4 camera control for Sims 3 mod?

I've yet to come across one, or one even near it. Maybe I'm not looking hard enough. I hate TS3 camera controls but love the TS4's, that's just my opinion, but I am surprised that I've not seen the mo...

As Karritz said, activating edge scrolling in the options is a must, at least for me. I also inverted one of the mouse axes.
