Is there a way to make energy decay stop permanently?

Playing with a vampire, already purchased the steel bladder and the hygeine from lifetime happiness rewards But I can't find one for energy decay :/ want one so bad, Is there a way to permanently st...

I'd rather not use story progression, it's really huge and slows down the game and I don't think my laptop can handle that..
