Is there a way to make energy decay stop permanently?

Playing with a vampire, already purchased the steel bladder and the hygeine from lifetime happiness rewards But I can't find one for energy decay :/ want one so bad, Is there a way to permanently st...

@McTosh is referring to an option in NRaas Relativity. But that will affect the rate of energy decay for all sims in the game at once, not just your vampire.
