Is there a way to make energy decay stop permanently?

There is also tea from the Old Mill store set. Unlike coffee and energy drinks, it actually replenishes the energy motive. But like the sauna and massages, it takes some sim time to sit down and drink the tea in order for the replenishment to take place so it's not exactly the same as not having the motive deplete. And it's not possible to carry a table with the teapot around if the sim is out and about, so it's not necessarily always convenient either.
