Is there a way to make energy decay stop permanently?

Playing with a vampire, already purchased the steel bladder and the hygeine from lifetime happiness rewards
But I can't find one for energy decay :/ want one so bad, Is there a way to permanently stop energy decay? It's decaying too fast for my vampire to do things
I don't want to use cheats, so please..

  • There is also tea from the Old Mill store set. Unlike coffee and energy drinks, it actually replenishes the energy motive. But like the sauna and massages, it takes some sim time to sit down and drink the tea in order for the replenishment to take place so it's not exactly the same as not having the motive deplete. And it's not possible to carry a table with the teapot around if the sim is out and about, so it's not necessarily always convenient either.

Another way to tackle that problem is to use Relativity to slow down the game clock (not to adjust motive decay). With sim-time slowed down your sim will end up with more time in the day to do things. Install the mod, adjust the Set Speed option to something like 19 (the game default setting is 37) and see if your sim has enough time in the day to accomplish what you want. Then adjust the setting to your preference.

There is a LTR that influences their energy bar (Meditative Trance Sleep). Not as drastically as steel bladder (which stops decaying entirely), but comparable to the one for hygiene and hunger (Hardly Hungry). The decay goes much slower.

That LTR needs WA right? I have all EPs except that and pets.. :/
  • Well, you can use cheats and move the bar manually as it lowers so that it's back to full energy again. All you have to do is put testingcheatsenabled true and then use your mouse. It's not the same as energy not decaying at all but it works. :)
  • Oh, also, I think you can make an energy potion with the chemist table as well.
  • You can get the moodlet manager LTR. Here is what it does:

The moodlet manager places a device in your Sim's inventory. You can use the moodlet manager to cure your Sim's, or their friends' ailments. If your Sim has a negative hungry moodlet, the manager can cure that by raising the bar to full. Likewise with energy. Unfortunately, you won't get the 'had a good night's sleep' or 'excellent meal' moodlets from using this. I did seem to get the squeaky clean moodlet however.

If the moodlet manager fails, it can immediately make your Sim exhausted. This is not a problem at all, as you can immediately use the cure option once more to fix that problem until it succeeds. With the moodlet manager, you may never again need to sleep or eat. Sims can stand at the riverbank fishing for 24 straight hours without breaking a sweat, as any time a need comes up it can immediately be fixed.

    from Carls sims 3 guide.
  • Hey, I was going to say Moodlet Manager!

That thing is awesome. That's always one of the first things I get when I'm playing a new save. Well, once I have enough points anyway.
