Is there a website where you can download Resource.cfg without getting viruses?

I've recently reinstalled Sims 3, and I want to mod the game. Yet I don't want to damage my computer by downloading the file.

Modthesims is a safe website.I download from it all the time, and that is where I got mine from.Its probably the best place to download it from.
