is there an easier way to see how many empty residential lots there are?
without having to go to edit town and manually count them all? isnt there a MC setting or something that gives me a raw number of empty residential? xD im lazy

On City Hall or an in-game computer, NRaas > MC > Demographics > Lots > "X" to dismiss the filter.
