Sorry...but no babysitter. There are definitely ways around it. Heck, even strange despite ways! I saw one story where the person brought the baby to just outside the building, went in to work, then grabbed it before going home. It's not going to win you any Dad of the year awards but it gets it done.
You could work from home by painting or writing or other styles.
There are other ideas but I don't want to give all the strategies away

EDIT: also, I assume you mean first gen, because in this challenge second gen doesn't start until at leased your first baby reaches adult.
