I'm sorry your points are off to a rough start, but if it makes you feel better your story certainly isn't!
Just a reminder: while you certainly may choose to do so, it is not a requirement in the backwards isbi to have all the heirs (or even really the founder) be "insane", so if you want to mix it up for the future gens you can.
