Well, I know my life has been hectic and I am distracted quite easily. Lol! Hence my time-gaped updates.
I know you don't want to give up on anyone. Maybe set a date and say by that date if someone hasn't updated or given you word that they're still interested but just busy then assume they've stopped? Or maybe once one story is finished give a time limit on how long others have to finish? I've never run a challenge before so I don't know what's best.
Originally, with the difficulty of the challenge, you are aloud to restart/retry as many times as you want OR new people are aloud to join UNTIL one person finishes. Then new entries are closed and if you fail, you may not start over.
Also, you could try generating some new interest. Open up more signups for just two weeks. Make sure to bump it everyday so it gets noticed and I can promote it on my posts too. I think it's a wonderful challenge and I want more stories/contestants!
You know what...yes. It's time for a revamp. Let's all try our best to generate new interest!
