Well... if I may suggest... you could take pictures and comment on what's happening in them. Then you don't have to do an actual story but it may turn into a bit of a story along the way. I love seeing some of the funny things sims get up to, especially in this sort of challenge. And it's a laid back way to show how your game is progressing. :)
