I obviously don't know since I just started, but I'd think if no babysitter showed up and you didn't have to pay any money for it then it wouldn't count. But on the other hand someone left the baby on a community lot and that's bad so maybe you should be deducted points. I'd probably pencil in the deduction just in case until I heard otherwise.
I have a similar question. If a random townie runs on my lot into a fire and dies do I take an accidental death deduction? I'm hoping since he wasn't part of my household it doesn't count.
