Yes, a casino (floating or on land) seems almost essential in Isla Paradiso. So are a bowling alley, coffee barista (although the coffee station can fit into many other venues), and a LN dance club (like The Grind but it doesn't have to be identical in layout). Nothing especially tropical about those, it's just that I refuse to play a world without either having them or having plans to add them very soon. :)
