I'm having a very difficult time following all of these things that have gone wrong, I'm afraid. I take it you are using the NRaas Traveler mod. Do you have the latest version? That one, v87, was fully released about a year ago and fixed a lot of bugs especially when custom worlds are involved. I would also ask if you have Overwatch and ErrorTrap in play, as they work together with Traveler to smooth many of these things out for us.
Sometimes we see our homeworld sims in vacation worlds as well, they would be fellow tourists and not the full versions of themselves.
Beyond that, I would suggest that you bring these issues to us at NRaas and especially any script error logs that need interpreting. We can't really explain what's going on until we can read those and mod support is what we are there for.
