You can use MC to flush the stuck items, but I don't believe you would get any cash for them that way. Though you could then reconcile with Family Funds.
On the ground of the lot, NRaas > MC > Object Stats > Filter to Family (or Active) and select the items to flush. MC Cheats add-on module required.
