Items worth more when reselling?
Has anyone else had this happen in their game? I've found that when I buy items for my sims house, and then I go to sell them they sell for MORE rather than less. They should depreciate in value over ...

EDIT: Another thing that gains value are paintings done by sim artists. With a house full of paintings hung on the wall the Sim household's value can skyrocket if the artist gets up to a high level in the painting skill.
That's interesting! Never knew any of this. :o I usually don't do the painting skill, I might have to now.
