No, Brett didn't get caught for tagging - I have never seen it happen outside of the university world.
Greg has pretty ordinary traits but he does have the good sense of humour trait I believe.
The Surf station is a store item. It's great and you can use it in the sea as well and your sims can get attacked by seals. It doesn't kill them but their surfboard gets a chunk bitten out of it and they can keep it as a souvenir.
I have only seen my sims do the smustle when I have the dance floor.
Do you have Generations? Scouts comes with that. You enrol the kids in after school classes on the computer or the kids can enrol by going to the school.
The mohawk for toddlers is my all-time favourite boys' hair :)
