@Sindocat Thank you for the lovely comment :) I am really enjoying the shorter lifespan - it's the shortest I have ever played in all my years simming. For many years I played the normal lifespan but for the last year I have been playing on a long one.
I can't accomplish as much with each sim's life as I am used to but the payoff is being able to see the generations unfold faster and, when all is said and done, I have always enjoyed the genetics aspect of the game the most :)
