@comicsforlife oh ok..I'm gonna go check that out now. I completely forgot about lgr reviews. thanks!
  • I've already played in this town as a detective. It was really fun and my sim lived by the pier. The townies are nice and there's a lot of space for a bunch of big lots. I even built my best home for this town.

One hour ago, I prepared the world to start playing in it again. My sims intends to become a professor who will travel abroad and, probably, build a museum in town. So far, I haven't had much problems.

@thuggishsplicer oooh sounds good. I can't wait to play it. I'm just brainstorming a story before I start. I have so many different towns at this point that I can't keep up but I also can't seem to stop buying from the sims3 store either lol

I like this world as @thuggishsplicer says there are so many decent sized lots in this world you can make it into anything you like. I always have a casino resort there making use of the casino sims 3 store items plus equestrian/horse training centres along with golfing/spa venues giving it that affluent feel I think-) I often like to play a resort owner in this world for some reason too. I have also used it as a vacation entertainment world sometimes using the Nrass vacation mod..

There are tons of builds that were created specifically for this world by other players on the following thread you might like to take a look at

I hope you get hours of enjoyment from playing in this world :)

One of my favorite towns - it's roomy and plenty of good sized lots for building (not that I build, but I can download like a champ). At first I didn't think I'd like it, but it grew on me and is now one of my go-to towns for beginning a new sim.
  • @Surreal

The world grew on me over time but i think it's because it is a world where the theme is not totally specific so varying world themes are easy to create/play in which makes the world appealing. I am the queen of downloads as I cannot build for toffee but I love to place and decorate lots to my liking especially as there are so many large lots to play around with in LP. I also love the pier dock houses too :)
  • I'm so lazy to create my own lot, and lucky palms containa good amount of luxury house, the only downside is that some of the premade houses have a very high foundation and can be unplayable to me because of the camera getting way too high sometime from different angle.
