Launcher crash when I scroll through installed content?

When I go to installed content, this thing pops up that says "Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000014 at address 0x1029760b. Do you wish to debug it ?" And it crashes if I click yes a...

As far as I know, the only way to examine the contents of dbc files is to use the Launcher because, unlike other types of game files like sims3packs and packages, they are compressed in a special way. There could be a method using tools I am not familiar with, but afraid that doesn't seem very likely.
