Launcher crash when I scroll through installed content?

When I go to installed content, this thing pops up that says "Unhandled page fault on read access to 0x00000014 at address 0x1029760b. Do you wish to debug it ?" And it crashes if I click yes a...

Yes, part of it. Without the actual reinstall of the base game and all of the EP/SPs that a new computer will require.
